Who supplies the clips?
You supply the source material — long-form videos, streams, podcasts, footage. We handle everything from that point: cutting, editing, captioning, and posting. If you don't have a library, we'll help you build one during onboarding.
Do I need to give you my account passwords?
No. We post through official business tools using Meta Business Suite delegated access, so you keep ownership and can revoke us in one click.
Can I upgrade or downgrade packages later?
Yes. You can move between Ignite, Blaze, and Inferno at the start of any billing cycle. Prepaid discounts are applied on the new tier's rate.
What if a clip underperforms?
Every account gets a weekly performance report. Winners get remixed and reposted with new hooks; losers get retired. This feedback loop is why volume + iteration beats one-off posts.
Do you post on TikTok, X, or YouTube Shorts?
Every package here focuses on Instagram + Facebook — that's where our operations are tuned for volume. If you need additional platforms, ask us about custom add-ons.
How do refunds work on prepaid plans?
Prepaid plans are non-refundable but transferable — you can pause up to 30 days per year or reassign the plan to another brand you own.
